Pureva Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Pureva! We’re dedicated to ensuring your order arrives safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below for details about processing, delivery, and tracking.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another notification when it ships.

  • During high-demand periods or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer.


2. Shipping Times & Delivery

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely.
Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada, UK, Australia: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of World: 15–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $30 USD.

  • For orders under $30, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website or through the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.


5. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.
Pureva is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at customerservice@pureva.us — we’ll do our best to update it before shipping.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame:

  1. Check your tracking information.

  2. Contact your local post office or carrier for updates.

  3. If the package appears lost, reach out to us at customerservice@pureva.us, and we’ll assist in locating or replacing your order.


7. International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply once the package reaches your country.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs or border inspections.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package.
We’ll resolve the issue quickly by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
