30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

In its original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@pureva.us with your order details and reason for return.
Our customer care team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping address or prepaid label (if applicable).
Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

For other reasons (such as a change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
